The second batch of interns on the Leadership Enhancement and Development Programme (LEAD-P) presented Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack with a Motivator Award in May 2023.
She had developed the curriculum for LEAD-P, together with the Structured Mandatory Assessment-Based Training Programme (SMAT-P), in 2015 as Programme Manager at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
